Customize Pearl Drilling Service

When I ordered my bracelet I was told it would ship out in 2 weeks, after 2 weeks I am told 2-4 weeks! Every time I reach out to someone I am told the same thing my order is expedited and I will get an email when shipped! Nothing else! I am getting ready to ask for a refund and order else where or better yet just go to a dang on store! This picture is of my arm with no bracelet on it! It's bad business to not do what you say!

I am very unsatisfied with my Order. It took3-4 months to get my order. I will net order again from this company. The staff is rude every host is rude never addressed any concerns I had. They would always say will get back to you and never did. They even
Messed up on my customization after 5 attempts of me reaching out to host who was very rude and she still managed to ruin my order and customization of Akoya pearls. Don’t buy from here they overpriced and overcharged. Poor customer service and bad host.
