Livy is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
I referenced a brand I was considering and she knew exactly what I meant and was able to provide an example and a price.

I received my butterfly pearls, but they had white splotches all over them that was not which I showed me. The necklace was fine even though it had a white splotch over the shoulder, but it wasn’t that big. I can deal with that, but the pendant was so bad I was not happy.I tried to contact Livy, but she still hasn’t answered me back.I don’t think I will buy from y’all again if this is not corrected.

Livy is amazing to work with!!! She knows what she is doing and you can trust her to guide you through the designing process and have fun while doing it. She is very kind too.
